Legendary Implants

All implants bought at SN-4RK will cost 6,500 Tech Fragments + 35,000 credits + 100 Conquest Commendations and 1 implant (after the first).
Once you reach the highest level on both your implants, your price is reduced to 2,500 Tech Fragments + 25,000 credits + 60 Conquest Commendations and 1 implant.

You MUST complete and introductory cutscene and missions before you can open the Legendary Implants. To do this, look for Lonndar Eadwinn, Implants Researcher on fleet in the Supplies section near Conquest, Flashpoint and Operations gear vendors.
